职位详情：
作为我们的大客户&运营总监，你将参与到公司一切活动 – 策略，运营，管理，等等。你将直接向阿姆斯特丹管理团队汇报。在客户管理，团队管理和商业管理中你需要起到带头作用。
Energize正在成长，我们需要有人协调促进这种成长。我们的主要业务是帮助外国品牌进入中国市场，所以你需要具备丰富的行业工作经验。
你不仅仅只管理一个部门，你需要参与到所有部门运作中，同时作为有趣的工作伙伴，与团队相处融洽。
英文流利，中文水平不限。
工作职责：
·完成公司年度经营计划目标
·开拓目标客户，建立新业务机会
·提高公司净收入和净利润
·监督团队工作，保证客户利益
·向阿姆斯特丹管理团队报告成果
·以积极和鼓舞人心的管理方式带领和促进上海团队的成长
·主持团队内部的评估、目标考核、绩效考核会议
·成功协调客户与创意团队
要求：
·本科以上学位，首选工商管理、传媒、市场营销专业
·5-8年广告/互动广告相关行业经验
·对数字业务了如指掌，有丰富的互动广告和品牌传媒经验
·熟悉中国市场
·英文流利，中文水平不限。
·商务型的，值得信赖的，以服务为导向的，积极的，专业的

About Energize
Energize is a creative digital marketing agency focusing on online branding and activation based in Shanghai but with European origins. We develop strategies and creative concepts that turn attention earned online into action, either online or offline. Bridging the gap between digital marketing and retail activation is what we do best.
Our clients’ list includes Samsung, KLM, Heineken, Seat, Dr. Oetker, Disney, ING Bank and Heinz.
Job description
As our AOD you will play a part in everything we do. Literally. Strategy, operations, management. It’s all in the game. You report to the combined Amsterdam/Shanghai management team and you will take the lead in managing clients, people and business.
We’re growing and we need someone to help channel this growth and accelerate it. We help Western brands get a foothold in China. That’s why we need someone with extensive agency experience.
We need someone who doesn’t confine him- or herself to one department or responsibility. Someone who manages things and still loves to play along with the rest of the team.
Fluent English is a must, but fluent Mandarin is optional.
Responsibilities
·Meeting sales targets and objectives set in the yearly company business plan
·Development of new business opportunities and acquiring new clients
·Continuously striving for further growth in the Gross Agency Income and Net Profit
·Guarding client objectives during internal concept reviews and project deliverables
·Reporting of results to the Management Team in Amsterdam
·Lead and growth of the Shanghai team by positive and inspiring management style
·Chairing an evaluation-, objective- and performance review meeting with the team
·Delivering an excellent satisfaction rate for both Energizers and clients
Requirements
·University or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Communication or Marketing
·Between 5-8 years of experience within an creative (digital) advertising agency
·Digital DNA with demonstrable knowledge of interactive advertising and brand communication
·Demonstrable knowledge and affinity of the Chinese market
·Fluent English is required. Mandarin is optional but preferred
·Commercial, trustworthy, service-oriented, positive, professional
·Highly energetic and ambitious born leader
