[北京][猎头] Senior Developer – Ruby On Rails

外资公司从事云计算服务，一直是在互联网的最前沿创新， 北京研发中心开发的是核心系统
主要产品：（web performance optimization服务-优化web性能 比如说速度等）通过云计算服务，把google那样的网站速度带给每一个普通网站
地点：北京市海淀区马甸东路 金澳国际写字楼 316
Responsibilities:
? Design, build and evolve our customer facing and internal command-n-control portals
? Continue to evolve architecture to support scalable and available portal access in SaaS environment
? Work with team on continuous improvement of portals in areas of performance, usability, functionality, scalability, and availability
? Work as both individual contributor and as project lead when required
? Mentor and share knowledge with other members of the team
Requirements:
? 4+ years full-stack expertise in Ruby on Rails
? Proficient in RESTful APIs, NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, HBase, Cassandra)
? Experience with Test Driven Development
? String Object-Oriented skills
? Strong Computer Science fundamentals
? Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
? Experience with Agile methodologies
? Strong interpersonal skills
? Strong time and project management skills
? Strong language skills, in English and Chinese, for written and spoken communications
? Work in bilingual environment and with Western managers
? B.S. or higher in Computer Science or equivalent
“Plus” Qualifications and Qualities desired:
? Experience working with SaaS products
? Experience with Amazon or similar cloud systems
