职位：媒介策划主管/经理（Planning Supervisor/Manager）
工作地点：南京
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
1. Ensure data tabulation (Competitive data, CMMS) & PowerPoint chart are accurate
2. Filter or Coordinate material requisition process with buying and clients is smooth sailing
3. Collect & deliver client’s material
4. Collect & handle client’s tear sheet for billing purpose
5. Work with Finance department for client billing procedures
6. Liaise with TP / Research company for TV Commercial (TVC) copies purchase
7. Follow-up with TP for monitoring and post-buy report according to deadline
8. Basic quality check spot plan
9. Initiative to provide media information to customers
HIRING REQUIREMENTS 任职要求
1. University graduate
2. Familiar with research software operation (Adquest, CTR, Sofres, CMMS, etc)
3. Knowledge of Microsoft Office
4. Knowledge of media terminology and basic planning process
5. Understand China media scene
6.4 years experiences in 4A is best. Male is best.
